Program Terms and Conditions

The CumulusRewardsTM Program is offered at the sole discretion of Cloud’s Coffee.
CumulusRewardsTM program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards may be
modified at any time by Cloud’s Coffee, with or without notice. Such changes may affect
pre-earned points and rewards.
Please read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use carefully to understand how Cloud’s
Coffee collects, uses and discloses information about its customers.

How to Enroll in CumulusRewardsTM:
Go to and create a new account and provide
the following information:
1. First Name, Last Name, Password and Email.
2. Birthday (month, day) is optional to receive birthday offers. If you do not provide
birthday information you will not receive birthday offers.
3. Zip Code: It is optional to provide zip code in the Cloud’s Coffee website, but it is
required for enrollment through the website. If a zip code is provided, you will
receive market specific offers. If you do not provide a zip code, you will not receive
market specific offers.
How to Earn Points in CumulusRewardsTM:
1. To earn points with a qualifying Cloud’s Coffee product, you must pay with 1) an
enrolled Cloud’s Coffee card or 2) login to your loyalty account and pay with credit
or debit Cloud’s Coffee app or website, or 3) mobile order when you are logged
into your CumulusRewardsTM account.
2. Points may only be earned by the member paying for the product.
3. Members earn 100 (one hundred) Points for every $1 (one) spent on Qualifying
Products (defined below), exclusive of sales tax and any discounts.
4. Qualifying Products are all Cloud’s Coffee products purchased on the website or
app except: the purchase or reload of a Cloud’s Coffee Gift Cards, Reward Coupon
Redemptions, donations to charity, and Newspapers. Sales tax and returned
merchandise will be deducted from the purchase price. Product purchases
through in-store purchases and event purchases do not qualify.
5. Point balances will be displayed in your account on the website.
6. From time to time, the online web store may experience system unavailability and
cannot process a CumulusRewardsTM transaction and Points will not be recorded.

Members can contact Customer Care to request that Customer Care manually
enter the Points for the transaction into the “Members” account. The Customer

7. Once a Reward Coupon is issued as described below, 15,000 Points will be
removed from the Member’s account upon the completion of a rewards discount
8. Points will be earned on Qualified Purchases made in the prior thirty (30) days
prior to enrollment with the enrolled Cloud’s Coffee Card.
9. Delivery Platforms; Points cannot be earned on third party delivery platforms.
How To Redeem Rewards with CumulusRewardsTM:
1. A Reward Coupon for a free bag of coffee will be issued for every 15,000 Points
earned. A free bag of coffee is defined as any product with the subtotal equaling
less than or equal to $28
2. Each Reward Coupon has a unique number and can only be used once regardless
of how many times and in how many forms the Reward Coupon is received. To
access the Reward Coupon on-line the member must sign in to his/her account at and click on the “My Perks” tab.
3. Reward Coupon Terms: Limit one coupon per customer per transaction. Coupon
must be entered at time of order. Shop must retain coupon. No substitutions
allowed. No cash refunds. Void if copied or transferred and where prohibited or
restricted by law. Consumer must pay applicable tax and shipping rates. Good
only at U.S. CumulusRewards participating locations. Cash redemption value 1/20
of cent.
4. Birthday Reward Coupons expire in 7 days after issuance. Other Reward Coupons
expire in 30 days after issuance.
Account Inactivity
If a Member does not purchase a Qualifying Product with an enrolled Cloud’s Coffee
Card or Loyalty ID for a period of 12 months, any Points that a Member has previously
earned will expire and will be removed from the Members’ account. Points cannot be
reinstated after they have been removed.
Cloud’s Coffee also has the right to terminate a Member’s account if the member does
not purchase a Qualifying Product with an enrolled Cloud’s Coffee Card or Loyalty ID for a
period of thirty-six (36) months or longer.
1. There is no membership fee associated with CumulusRewardsTM. “Points”
accumulated under CumulusRewardsTM have no cash value.
2. Members may not sell, transfer or assign Points and Points can only be earned by
the Member for Qualifying Purchases.

3. Cloud’s Coffee reserves the right to terminate a Members account and/or
participation in CumulusRewardsTM if it the Member has violated the Privacy
Policy, Online Terms of Use, or these Terms and Conditions; or if the use of your
account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of any of
those policies or terms.
4. CumulusRewardsTM will continue until such time as Cloud’s Coffee, in its sole
discretion, elects to terminate CumulusRewards. Cloud’s Coffee has the right to
terminate CumulusRewardsTM at any time without providing electronic or written
notice to you.
5. Cloud’s Coffee reserves the right to offer additional CumulusRewardsTM benefits or
bonus points to some Members based on geographic location,
CumulusRewardsTM participation or other criteria as determined by Cloud’s Coffee
or its Partners. Some of our special promotional offers, benefits, and
communications also may be based on the volume or type of purchases. Special
offers are distributed by email or through the website, so you must opt-in to
receive promotional and marketing emails from CumulusRewardTMs and provide
a valid email address in order to receive them via email. You may opt-out of
receiving additional CumulusRewardsTM communications and still remain an
active CumulusRewards Member.
6. From time to time, CumulusRewardsTM Members may be automatically entered
into sweepstakes for a chance to win prizes. There is no obligation to accept a
prize; however if a CumulusRewardsTM Member wins a sweepstakes and chooses
to accept the prize, the Official Rules for that sweepstakes will govern the
CumulusRewardsTM Member’s acceptance of that prize. All Official Rules for
sweepstakes offered by Cloud’s Coffee are incorporated herein by reference.
Loyalty Accounts vs. Cloud’s Coffee Account
If I have a Cloud’s Coffee Account or a registered Cloud’s Coffee' Card, am I automatically
enrolled in a Cloud’s Coffee Loyalty Program?
No, you must enroll in a Loyalty Program to earn points, even if you have a registered
Cloud’s Coffee Card. Simply sign in to your existing Cloud’s Coffee Account and follow the
steps on screen to join a Loyalty Program. Once you finish your registration, you’ll be
ready to earn points!
Signing Up
Is there a membership fee to join CumulusRewardsTM?
There is no membership fee to participate in CumulusRewardsTM.
I do not have an email address. Can I join CumulusRewardsTM without using one?

An email address is required to join CumulusRewardsTM. It helps us keep you accurately
informed about your account and rewards.
Is my personal information secure?
We go to great lengths to ensure the security of your personal information. Please refer
to our privacy policy for all the details on how we use your data.

Earning Points & Rewards
How can I earn points and rewards?
You can earn points by using your enrolled Cloud’s Coffee Card to pay for qualifying
purchases on the Cloud’s Coffee website participating in CumulusRewardsTM. You’ll earn
100 points for every $1 you spend and a free bag of coffee Reward Coupon every 15,000
How will I receive my free bag of coffee Reward Coupon when I earn 15,000 points?
All Reward Coupons will be viewable at when
you sign in to your account. Once you have accumulated enough points to redeem, you
can redeem via your CumulousRewardsTM account dashboard or at the checkout page if
logged in. You may use points for a discount with the minimum exchange being 500
points to redeem.
Do my points and Reward Coupons expire?
Yes. Point balances of less than 500 points will expire in 6 months* if you do not make a
qualifying purchase in that time with your enrolled Cloud’s Coffee Card. Birthday Reward
Coupons expire 7 days from the time they are issued. All other Reward Coupons expire 30
days from the time they are issued.
Can I earn CumulusRewardsTM points at any Cloud’s Coffee location and on all
Cloud’s Coffee purchases?

CumulusRewardsTM points are only earned by making qualified purchases on the Cloud’s
Coffee website.
Please note: sales tax and returned merchandise will be deducted from the purchase
price of qualifying purchases for purposes of calculating CumulusRewardsTM points.

Some examples of unqualified purchases:
● Purchase/reload of Cloud’s Coffee Cards or gift certificates
● Redemption of CumulusRewardsTM Reward Coupons
● Donations to charity
● Purchase of newspapers
● Product purchases through the Cloud’s Coffee online shop
What are “member-only” offers and how do I get them?
Throughout the year, there may be opportunities for CumulusRewardsTM members to
earn additional perks or redeem special offers. We will notify you by email and on the
Cloud’s Coffee website about new ways to earn points.
Certain perks pertain to your status in the loyalty program. Different tiers of
CumuloRewards may receive different offers based on loyalty status. See about for more
