About
Our organic Bali Blue is a medium-roasted coffee with hints of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. This coffee remains a best seller and a favorite to many due to its rich, full-bodied flavor.
Story
Our Bali Blue is grown from the volcanic region of Mount Agung in Bali, Indonesia. This specialty-grade single-origin received its name due to the blueish hue the un-roasted beans accompany. This coffee is extremely unique due to pesticides and chemical fertilizers deemed illegal to use on the island. Instead, the beans are farmed using 100% natural fertilizers.
After the eruption of Gunung Agung, most coffee planting was destroyed. Bali Blue has since made a comeback due to the Balinese government handing out coffee seed stock to local farmers.
